The Owner wanted to provide a fresh look to the exterior of the apartment complex, and much of the façade was exisiting brick. Cleaning the brick wasn’t enough to provide a fresh look, so Conproco’s M3P mineral-silicate stain was used and the outcoming exceeded expectations.
